Don Trader Keeps Loans Local to Offer a Personal Touch

Don Trader is a mortgage specialist who helps his clients save money with Traco Financial in Salisbury, Md. During his time with Traco, Don has been building relationships with both national lenders and his local clientele. He is pleased to be able to present the many diverse products and programs available in the marketplace and firmly believes in the philosophy "if we cannot help our clients ... certainly we don't hurt them." Don makes sure he is constantly searching the marketplace to refer only the very best programs tat will suit his clients' needs.

Don also believes there is plenty of business to serve in his geographical region. It is important for Don that he remains local so he is able to give that personal touch to all his customers. That is why he chooses to do mortgages only in Maryland and Delaware.

Over the years Don has experienced a number of changes in the market. During his time with Traco, he has helped numerous customers through the good times, but more importantly he has been there to serve them during the bad times as well.

Don enjoys spending individual time with his clients to get a better understanding of their specific needs. He makes it a priority to sit down with ach of them so he can answer all of their questions and fully explain the many programs available to accommodate whatever they need to develop their own unique mortgage strategy.
