Minutes 1-13-2008
The second meeting of MOOD was held on January 13, 2008 at Annie's Restaurant in Grasonville, MD. Attending were:

- Fred and Jaci Ludwig
We welcomed our newest members:
- Jim and Louise DeVone
- Jeff and Beth Parry
- Jan Dekker
- Ricky Nietubicz
- Andrew and Susan Beall
Suggestions where made for future events including participation in:
- Pork in the Park - Salisbury, MD
- Pemberton Wine Festival - Salisbury, MD
- A covered dish picnic perhaps at one of the state parks in the Spring or Summer.
Selection of officers were made as follows:
- President - Fred Ludwig
- Vice President - Sam Scalzi
- Secretary - Jaci Ludwig
- Treasurer - (to be decided at a later date)
- Events Coordinator - Denny Mehrenberg
By laws were read and approved unanimously. It was decided that dues would be discussed at a later date. Fred announced that Pohanka of Salisbury has agreed to be one of our club sponsors. Names and passwords were collected to be added to the MOOD website.
A lot of enthusiasm was shown by members and the following volunteered their services:
- Jim is looking into the cost of having hats embroidered for the members.
- Bill is looking into finding decals for our cars.
- Denny and Crystal are looking into the possibilities of having our next meeting in Smyna or Middletown which is set for March 15, 2008.
It was an impressive sight to see all the Miatas lined up side by side at the restaurant. Some took pictures. It was a nice time for fellowship and of course to show off our cars just a little.
