MCLA Minutes - January 16, 2007

1. The January 16, 2007 meeting of the MCLA Board commenced at approximately 8:15 a.m.
2. The following individuals were in attendance:
   Harry Baumohl
   Jim Motsay
   Mike Mastracci
   Stacey Andersen
3. The following agenda topics were discussed:
   
   1. Brown bag luncheons: Jim will circulate email with particulars for February luncheon. Possible topic for future brown bag luncheon: best practices for use of email for communication between parties and attorneys.
   2. Discussion of a review and editing process for the set of collaborative forms available to MCLA.
   3. Continued efforts to locate a trainer for a Baltimore-based collaborative law training.
   4. Jim to explore set up of listserv for MCLA.
   5. Consideration of whether member websites should be posted with member contact information.
   6. Discussion of prioritizing items on the agenda and establishing action items.
   7. April 11, 1007 meeting pertaining to CL and business (with MSBA Bus. ADR program) postponed until fall.
