MCLA Minutes - April 17, 2007

1. The April 17, 2007 meeting of the MCLA Board commenced at approximately 8:06 a.m.
2. In attendance:
   Harry Baumohl
   Michael Mastracci
   Jim Motsay
   Ali Dansker Doyle
   Marc Baer
   Mary Stengel
   Stacey Andersen
3. It was brought to the Board’s attention at the end of the previous week that there was a complaint of misconduct. The Board reviewed the By-Laws to determine the procedure to be followed for the consideration of the allegations in the complaint and whether it warranted the removal of a member. Per the By-Laws, Article III, et seq., the Board scheduled a Special Meeting to address these issues. The meeting was scheduled for Monday, April 23, 2007 at 6:25 p.m. at Harry Baumohl’s office, and 1 hour was allocated to discuss issues and vote. Notice to be disseminated per the By-Laws.
